Our Mustard flavour is made using our own secret marinade with a hint of Mustard in your mouth as you chew.The Process
- First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs.
- Next we marinade and when ready,
- we air dry them and chop into strips
- and vacuum pack ready for you to open up and eat.
At all stages, the aim of all our processes is to bring to you the best tasting jerky we can.
Our Mustard Beef Jerky is not intended to be 'nippy', but to enhance the beefy flavour.
