Our Smoky flavour is made using our own secret marinade with a hint of smokiness in the aftertaste.The Process
- First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs.
- Next we marinade and when ready,
- we air dry them and chop into strips
- and vacuum pack ready for you to open up and eat.
At all stages, the aim of all our processes is to bring to you the best tasting jerky we can.
