Source of the meat and a little about our production process
Our jerky is made entirely in the Highlands of Scotland, from 100% pure Scottish grass fed beef and wild Highland venison. On receipt of the piece of topside, we remove the fat covering. So our staring point is
.
We then cut this topside into strips, removing grissle in the process to ensure only the purest, top quality strips make it into our jerky.
These strips are then marinated before being laid out on our trays, for dehydration in our air dryer. The trays are what gives our jerky round marks on one side.
When ready, we vacuum pack the jerky to keep it fresh and safe for you to enjoy within the next YEAR.
