Our Hot Chilli flavour is made using our own secret marinade and topped with a sprinkling of chilli. The result is you get the instant 'heat' from the surface chilli and a longer 'heat' (that builds up) from the chilli within the marinade. Venison Jerky Hot Chilli is designed to be less spicy than its corresponding beef flavour!then air dried to seal in the freshness.First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs. Next we marinade and when ready, we air dry them and chop into strips ready for you to eat.
